When Ordering

For sofa and furniture orders you will be advised of a minimum lead time at the point of ordering. Your sofa will be made to order. Before ordering a sofa or furniture please check dimensions of internal and external access points including doors, corridors, stairs and corners. · Check for dimensions against your desired sofa or furniture to ensure access is possible. As soon as your items are ready we will contact you with a date of delivery.

Please ensure there is someone at the property to receive the goods as they will have to be signed for. Ensure all access points are clear of obstacles.

All delivery dates quoted at the time of your order are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that we honour estimated delivery dates, it is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery dates to be changed.

Made to Measure Items

As most items are made-to-order and produced to your individual requirements, no refunds or exchanges can be made unless your instructions have not been carried out, or the item is found to be faulty.

For each sofa order a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the value of the order will be payable, should the order be cancelled within 24 hours your deposit will be refunded. After this 24 hour period we regret that we will be unable to make any refunds. 

Some furniture is made from quality natural wood. Some woods will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight.

Leather goods are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight and heat.

We will endeavour to match the colour and texture of the fabric of your sofa to the samples chosen as accurately as possible, but variations in both the colour and texture may occur.

All sizes quoted are approximate. Size and product descriptions are given in good faith from our suppliers' information. Products are manufactured to perform within the appropriate industry measurement tolerances. 

Payment and Prices

We strive to maintain the highest quality product whilst giving the best value  to our customers..

Ownership of goods shall remain with ComfyFrog and shall not pass to you until the agreed price together with all other sums due from you to ComfyFrog have been paid in full and goods have been delivered to your home, except in cases where goods are purchased on credit and the credit sales agreement specifies otherwise. 

Our prices do not include VAT.

Returns and Refunds

Most furniture, which is made or altered, is done so specifically for you. Once furniture is ordered from our collections, or you order made-to- measure curtains, your order may not be cancelled by you after a 24 hour period. For all other furniture orders you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days before the delivery date however, if you do so, we shall retain the deposit. Once delivered no furniture may be returned nor will we provide any refund unless it is found to be defective or has been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.. 

To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been installed.

Cancellations 

• We do not have the stock to fulfill the order
• If we are unable to deliver the product to your area
• If an item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site
• If your payment was not authorised
• If you have not complied with our terms and conditions of sale
• If an order is cancelled by ComfyFrog, any payments made to us will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.

Damage to your computer

ComfyFrog makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website won’t affect your computer. ComfyFrog recommends that you purchase the right firewall and anti virus software to use this and other websites and screen out anything that may damage it. ComfyFrog shall not be liable in the very unlikely event that while using this website your computer equipment is damaged.

Payment

Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and of course cash! Payments can be made electronically by bank transfer, details will be provided on request. ComfyFrog do not accept any responsibility for cash sent in the post and strongly recommend that you do NOT use this method of payment.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times with us or licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by ComfyFrog. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
